Fast Technology reported on January 1 that ASRock released two new monitors, both supporting a refresh rate of up to 520Hz. One of them even comes with a built-in Wi-Fi 7 antenna.
The two FG-Codes are PG27FFX2A and PG27FFX1B, with largely the same specifications, only some minor differences. Both use a 27-inch IPS panel, with a resolution of 1920x1080, a viewing angle of 178 degrees, a refresh rate of 520Hz, a gray-scale response time of 1ms, 94% DCI-P3 and 123% sRGB color gamut coverage, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 Brightness certification.
In terms of technology, both support AMD FreeSync Premium anti-tearing technology, anti-flicker technology, and ASRock's low blue light technology.
Interfaces include two HDMI 2.1, one DP 1.4, two USB-A 3.0, one USB-B 3.0, and one headphone jack.
The difference is that the FG27FFX2A integrates a Wi-Fi antenna into the stand, which can connect to the motherboard's Wi-Fi for better signal and supports Wi-Fi 4/5/6/6E/7, similar to ASRock's previously released PG32UFS.
It uses a triangular stand that supports adjustment of the up-down, left-right, and tilt angles.
The FG27FFX1B uses a square base and only supports tilt adjustment.
