"Screen IoT: AI-Driven Revitalization"
Recently, our company was invited to attend the BOE Global Innovation Partner Conference 2025 (IPC). Our company leaders personally attended the event, joining partners from various sectors to engage in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as display technology innovation and the expansion of application scenarios.
At the event, BOE showcased a wide range of groundbreaking innovations centered around its "Screen IoT" concept. Cutting-edge display technologies made a stunning debut, combining natural visual performance with health-conscious design principles, thus pointing toward a new direction for the display industry.
The BOE Global Innovation Partner Conference (BOE IPC 2025) IoT Innovation Salon was grandly held on the afternoon of September 11 at the Zhongguancun International Innovation Center. This salon, themed "Pursuing Vivid Visuals, Unlocking Innovative Scenarios," was organized in a relaxed and interactive format, bringing together participants from BOE's IoT Application Terminal SBU, Low-Power Terminal Product Line, and partners from home and abroad. Together, they explored the exciting opportunities ahead as display products evolve to offer more functions, diverse forms, and innovative applications amid the surging wave of AI.
The Q&A session was moderated by Huang Wei, Deputy General Manager of the IoT Application Terminal SBU.
・In the entertainment and high-end commercial sectors, Shane Lee, CTO of South Korea's Kortek, stated that their collaboration with BOE on curved display panels has been excellent, and expressed his hope to further deepen their partnership with BOE—leveraging BOE’s "LIGHT" capabilities—in areas such as low-carbon manufacturing and innovative applications.
・In the industrial sector, Hou Rui, Director of Research and Development at Honeywell Productivity Solutions, expressed his hope for deeper collaboration with BOE on emerging wearable products. He emphasized the desire to achieve higher integration, thinner profiles, lower power consumption, and superior image quality—and even explored the possibility of incorporating flexible screens to drive collaborative innovation.
・In the food and beverage sector, Tan Yong, head of hardware products at Meituan's SaaS business unit, stated that Meituan has already established a deep collaboration with BOE on products such as desktop cash registers, handheld POS devices, and DiancaiBao. As the demand for scenario-specific dining solutions continues to rise, there is an increasing need for enhanced screen features like oil resistance and water resistance—areas that will serve as key directions for future co-creation efforts.
・In the field of 3D display, Su Wentao, General Manager of Honghe Turing, stated that 3D products will undoubtedly become a future development trend. The more immersive interactive experience is attracting a wide range of consumers. He expressed his anticipation to collaborate with BOE in bringing stronger-performing and more competitively priced 3D products to the market, making this advanced technology accessible to everyone. Finally, the attendees jointly participated in and officially launched the IoT "LIGHT" unveiling ceremony.
The multilingual AI transparent screen showcased on-site breaks down the barriers between language and interaction, offering a fresh approach to cross-language communication and intelligent engagement. Meanwhile, the world’s first-ever ultra-thin glass-based Micro LED, with its exceptional display performance and remarkably sleek form factor, highlights the promising future of Micro LED technology in the high-end display sector. Additionally, innovative achievements like the "Blue Whale" large-scale display model underscore BOE's cutting-edge exploration at the intersection of display technology and artificial intelligence.
Our company has maintained a deep partnership with BOE Technology Group all along. The two sides have been closely collaborating across multiple dimensions, including display technology R&D and product applications. This time, attending the event not only allowed us to witness firsthand the latest breakthroughs in display technology but also laid a solid foundation for us to further strengthen our collaboration in the future and jointly explore even broader market opportunities. Moving forward, we look forward to working together with BOE and many other partners, driving innovation as our engine to propel the display industry to new heights, ultimately delivering exceptional viewing experiences and richer, smarter lifestyle scenarios to users.
