• This document provides standardized definitions for quality defects that occur during the production and use of TFT-LCD products
• A single, fully illuminated subpixel (DOT) is considered a bright point.
• Leakage current caused by conductive particles in the cell segment.
• A single, completely dark subpixel (DOT) is considered a dark spot.
• TFT device defects are causing malfunction.
• Residues from the backlight source manufacturing process environment and assembly materials.
• The circuit controlling the LEDs on the PCB is abnormal (NB product).
• A lack of a front-end clock signal will result in a completely black screen.
• A defective TCON material or connector, without an input signal, will result in a permanently black screen.
• Faulty PCB circuitry or components may cause a completely black screen; measure Von, Voff, AV DD, and DVD D to determine the cause.
• Check the Y-side for bonding problems that may prevent the transmission of Gate signals Von and Voff. Poor Y-side pressing may prevent the Von signal from reaching the panel.
• Measure the voltage values of Gamma 1~14 and compare them with the standard values. If there are any abnormalities, check whether the circuit is open or shorted.
• Driver IC defect in the corresponding Block.
• FPC crack in the corresponding Block.
• Bonding abnormality in the corresponding Block.
Terms and Policies
I. Delivery Service
1. Mainland China Customers: For most products, shipment can be arranged on the same day of receiving payment; for some products, shipment can be arranged within three days of receiving payment (excluding holidays).
2. Customers outside Mainland China: For most products, logistics, customs declaration, and other procedures can be arranged within three days of receiving payment; for some products, arrangement can be made in the second week after receiving payment (excluding holidays).
II. After-sale Service
1. After the goods arrive at their destination, the consignee should check if the goods are intact. If there are any abnormalities, please contact our company immediately and take photos and videos as evidence.
2. All goods are accepted according to BOE's original factory IIS standard. If after-sales service is required, please send the details of the defective goods to our company's email address within the warranty period. Our company will confirm and then send them together with the goods.
3. Please keep the LCD screen clean. Our company does not provide warranty for situations such as missing, replaced, or damaged original module labels, no original film, cut ears, scratches on the film, or non-functional problems after installation.
4. For broken screens, please keep and provide the corresponding outer carton label.
5. The shipping cost for normal after-sales service will be borne by both parties; the paid after-sales service fee will be borne by the buyer.
III. Warranty Policy
1. Enjoy BOE's original factory warranty of 12 months. Among them, 15-inch LCD screens can enjoy BOE's original factory warranty of 18 months. This time is based on the original factory production time on the LCD screen.
2. If the product you purchased has exceeded the warranty period, you can also obtain our assistance by purchasing our paid services.
