• Measure the voltage at various measurement points on the PCBA board and compare it with a normal display screen. Analyze the specific location of the defect based on the actual circuit.
• For defects involving problems with the T-CON, use an oscilloscope to measure its input and output waveforms and compare them with normal waveforms.
• If there is insufficient aging equipment, the Bist function can be activated to enable automatic aging mode.
• When the VDD IN voltage is normally input, the main board system signal is input, but does not meet the LCD Specification definition;
• When the VDD IN voltage is normally input, the Tcon IC on the LCM product PCB board is damaged and cannot work normally.
• Image sticking is an inherent characteristic of TFT LCD panels. When the screen displays the same static image for too long, the polarity of the liquid crystals in the display panel is easily affected and damaged. The intensity of the residual image depends on various factors, not just the duration of the static image, but also the image structure, operating temperature, and the characteristics of the LCD panel itself.
• CF Manufacturing Process: Uneven coating thickness leads to color unevenness.
• CELL Manufacturing Process:
a. Uneven Cell Gap, either too high or too low, causes Mura.
b. The uniformity of Spacer distribution or the uniformity of the Spacer material itself can cause Mura.
c. Rollers, due to high equipment pressure or dirt on the rollers, cause unevenness after the panel passes through the rollers during processing.
• LCM Manufacturing Process:
a. Rollers, due to high equipment pressure or dirt on the rollers, cause unevenness after the panel passes through the rollers during processing.
b. Excessive vacuum pressure causes excessive suction on the stage platform, leading to Mura after the panel is sucked.
c. BLU film material related issues. Deformation of the film material during assembly or due to external interference manifests as Mura in the LCM.
d. POL material issues. Problems with the POL polarizer material itself cause deformation during manufacturing, leading to Mura.
• Human Factors: Improper handling of the panel (OC), such as incorrect use of suction cup tools or excessive external pressure causing changes to internal components of the panel.
Terms and Policies
I. Delivery Service
1. Mainland China Customers: For most products, shipment can be arranged on the same day of receiving payment; for some products, shipment can be arranged within three days of receiving payment (excluding holidays).
2. Customers outside Mainland China: For most products, logistics, customs declaration, and other procedures can be arranged within three days of receiving payment; for some products, arrangement can be made in the second week after receiving payment (excluding holidays).
II. After-sale Service
1. After the goods arrive at their destination, the consignee should check if the goods are intact. If there are any abnormalities, please contact our company immediately and take photos and videos as evidence.
2. All goods are accepted according to BOE's original factory IIS standard. If after-sales service is required, please send the details of the defective goods to our company's email address within the warranty period. Our company will confirm and then send them together with the goods.
3. Please keep the LCD screen clean. Our company does not provide warranty for situations such as missing, replaced, or damaged original module labels, no original film, cut ears, scratches on the film, or non-functional problems after installation.
4. For broken screens, please keep and provide the corresponding outer carton label.
5. The shipping cost for normal after-sales service will be borne by both parties; the paid after-sales service fee will be borne by the buyer.
III. Warranty Policy
1. Enjoy BOE's original factory warranty of 12 months. Among them, 15-inch LCD screens can enjoy BOE's original factory warranty of 18 months. This time is based on the original factory production time on the LCD screen.
2. If the product you purchased has exceeded the warranty period, you can also obtain our assistance by purchasing our paid services.
